This month, Osteria is doing a “Pasta Perfection” promotion with De Cecco pasta. Chef Michele Camolei has come up with some really delicious pasta dishes, including the rigatoni with Neapolitan ragu, tripoline with anchovies, cauliflower and bread croutons; and casarecce (a Sicilian twisted tube-shaped pasta) with Amatriciana sauc (a zesty pancetta and tomato sauce). All the dishes are $190 and are available until October 3.
