  • Tiffin Dessert Buffet

The last thing you want at a dessert buffet is a huge selection of sub-par desserts, and while Tiffin’s creations are not particularly innovative, they are most definitely done well. Fresh waffles and frozen ices complete with a toppings bar; various chocolate cakes, tortes, bars and fondue dippings; cream and mousse cakes... The spread just goes on and on, adorning four side carts and three extra side tables. It’s hard not to relax here, sitting on comfortable sofas atop the balcony level of the Grand Hyatt watching a live jazz trio playing the favorites. You’ll find a variety of guests kicking back for the dimly lit night: young couples on expensive dates and parents treating their kids to a night of sweets. We recommend having a very light meal before hitting up this buffet - a single bite of each dessert will make you want to loosen the belt buckle and go back for more.  Also open for lunch and tea.
Best bit: Light, crispy, and fresh waffles
Good for: Going out but feeling like it’s a night in
