Jason Atherton and Yenn Wong of 22 Ships have teamed up again to bring another hip establishment to Ship Street. This time, it’s fortified wine bar Ham & Sherry, serving exactly what you’d expect. More than 50 types of sherry will be offered, including original stock from the now-defunct El Bulli Cellar, to go with Iberico and other Spanish cuts. Tapas and salads also available.
