Our tech-savvy government - The government is so tech-savvy that they are still using floppy disks. We kid you not. The Civic Party received a 3.5-inch floppy disk from the office of financial secretary John Tsang last week following his budget speech. But ironically, on the very same day, Tsang brags on TV about how tech-savvy he is, and about how he has used Twitter.

Among the giveaways are a 75 percent salary tax rebate, which benefits 1.4 million taxpayers but has a ceiling of up to $6,000.
