The 42-year-old man and his two children are waiting in the lift lobby alongside another two men and a woman. When the lift arrives, they all try to get in first. An argument erupts, and as they push each other, the father is hit in the eye. The police arrest the other two men.

A 63-year-old woman is slapped by a fruit-shop owner because she takes too long to make a purchase. She is choosing some pears when the 32-year-old shop owner becomes annoyed, thinking that the customer’s detailed examination of the fruit is ruining her goods. The two women start to argue and the owner hits the customer in the face as she tries to reach for another pear. The victim’s daughter calls the police as soon as she is informed about the incident. The shop owner is later arrested.
