Valentine’s Day spa deals that’ll leave her putty in your arms. By Sarah Fung.

Chocolove
If your special someone is a chocolate lover but you’d rather not suffer the cliché of a heart-shaped candy box, book the two of you in for a Valrhona Chocolate affair at the Intercontinental Hotel’s I-Spa. For $3,900 for two, you’ll be buffed with Valrhona chocolate granules before being wrapped in a molten chocolate sauce wrap. After that, you’ll get massaged with deliciously scented chocolate essence oil. The treatment is available throughout February and lasts for 2 hours, 30 minutes. If chocolate’s not your thing, then opt for an hour-long couple’s massage for $1,750, which comes with 30 minutes’ use of the couple’s spa suite, which includes a private Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

Pen Friends
The Peninsula spa V-Day package is the most luxurious in town. For $5,000, the “Time Together” package is a half-day ritual for two that treats you to use of the spa’s couple’s suite, with private steam room and whirlpool bath. In addition to an aromatherapy body massage and body exfoliation, you’ll also be granted access to the hotel’s heated Roman pool, as well a poolside breakfast or lunch and a bottle of champagne to take home. The offer is valid on weekdays throughout February.

For Your Eyes Only
Novotel Citygate is offering dinner and a spa set over Valentine’s Day. For $888 per couple, you’ll be treated to a four-course candlelit dinner at Olea, the hotel’s fine dining restaurant. After a meal that includes Alaskan king crab meat with avocado tian, san danele ham with melon and smoked salmon, grilled veal or cod medallion and cold passionfruit soufflé, each couple will be given a free goodie bag by Japanese skincare label MTM. It includes a SPA by MTM eye nourishment set, a 15-minute head and shoulder lymphatic massage voucher and a discount voucher for the MTM Spa, which can be redeemed at the Citygate, Causeway Bay or Central location. The offer is only available only on Valentine’s day itself.

A Disney Rubdown
If you find yourself alone in February, book yourself in for a Victorian Wrapture treatment at the Disneyland Hotel’s Victorian Spa. The treatment costs $1,980 and consists of a foot massage, followed by the spa’s full body Dream Journey massage. Then, finish off the treatment with an Elemis Visible Brilliance facial. And throughout Feb, you’ll receive an Elemis Heavenly Indulgence limited edition set, which includes the famous Exotic Fragipani Monoi moisture melt and a matching Island Flower body balm, valued at $490. The offer is valid Friday to Sunday.
