Now that the humidity has abated, there’s no excuse for holing up indoors. The Deep Water Bay Ocean Swim takes place today, with 500-meter and 1.4km races. Or you could just be the lazy and watch from the beach.

Race starts on Middle Island and ends at Deep Water Bay.

This will be a fight with a difference: it’s the first time the Ultimate Fighting Championship is bringing a women’s match to Asia. Russian Milana Dudieva will set foot in the Octagon with American Elizabeth Phillips in a women’s bantamweight bout at the Cotai Arena.
