One of the largest of its kind in Asia, Hong Kong Fashion Week is an annual fair that attracts thousands of exhibitors and buyers from around the world. Showcasing garments in different categories such as fashion accessories and bridal and evening wear, the fair provides a great opportunity to check out some of the latest collections on offer.

Fashion brand American Vintage collaborates with The French Window to present a tasting menu for the summer. Chef Matthieu Bonnier draws inspiration from the label's Spring/Summer collection for the four-course dinner menu. “Le Menu Bleu” is available Monday-Thursday starting until the end of summer. Accompanying the imaginative dishes is a complimentary clutch from American Vintage's latest collection, featuring the brand's signature "ocean" pattern....

The perfect getaway meal if you want to escape urban heat of the city. Accompanying views in Stanley is this four-course dinner ($888 for two) at The Boathouse. Start off with the signature chilled seafood platter, then move on to beef rossini with seared duck foie gras if you’re feeling meaty, or king prawns with chorizo if you're craving seafood.
