Celebrate the Hung Shing Festival at the 800-year-old Ho Sheung Heung village. The festival marks the birthday of Hung Shing, a Tang dynasty official who became known for forecasting the weather for fishermen—and now he’s worshipped in temples. See the piu sik (floating colors) parade, chow down on poon choi and watch some Cantonese opera.
