  • Saturday Block Party

The name of this party is pretty misleading, as it actually takes place at Socialito. Nonetheless, it kicks off a series of "block parties," featuring local street artists presenting their works, with beers and snacks provided. There will be an Instagram competition to find the best art on the "block," and at the end of the series of parties the winning artist gets a prize. Maybe it's a block?

Price TBA.

The 22-year-old DJ Mat Zo is a London-based DJ-producer. UK R&B singer-producer Jay Sean appeared on the radar with his 2009 hit, "Down" ft. Lil Wayne—the one that goes: "Baby are you down, down, down, down, down?". The song reached no.1 on the Billboard 100 in the US. He released "Do You Remember" in the same year, with rappers Sean Paul and Lil Jon. Why do all of these people only have first names?
