The Box is introducing a new Asian buffet with two new chefs serving up two different cuisines. From the kitchen of Thai chef, there will be a series of supposedly royal Thai dishes such as spicy river prawn soup with herbs and grilled pork neck with tamarind sauce. Sounds pretty common to me. From the Indian chef who has worked at the renowned Copper Chimney in India, we will be offered an array of old favourites including chicken and mustard fish tikka, chicken Madras curry and saffron pullao.
